COLORBAR SINFUL MATTE LIPSTICKS | Review

Think of a bold, beautiful colour that comes in an attractive luxurious packaging, goes on to glide smoothly on your lips, and what more, even survives meals? Am I asking for too much from a brand that is easily available in the Indian market? I guess, yes.

Presenting one such product that totally bowled me over. When it first released, it caught the attention of many and here’s the long launched COLORBAR SINFUL MATTE Lipsticks.

This post is all about Colorbar Sinful Matte Lipstick range.

Every stroke gives you a powerful blast of long-lasting color and a luxurious matte finish. Infused with sea fennel wax, Sinful Matte leaves an ultra-soft touch on your lips. Matte really shouldn’t be this addictive.

PACKAGING

The Sinful Matte lipsticks come in an absolute luxe flip-open velvety cardboard box. The box is so adorable and that really grab your attention!! There’s information about the product on the box with the ingredients list at the back. The lipstick in itself has got a luxurious packaging. It comes in a magnetic closure with a metallic finish on the body. Something you would love flaunting!

The body is quite of great quality I must say.

Twist up the lipstick to reveal the gorgeousness OMG! The bullet comes out with a heavenly velvet texture. Trust me, I could stare it all day. The bullet is quite not sturdy enough, the delicate formula makes it breaks easily.

FORMULA

These lipsticks have a creamy formula to them which will take time to set to a matte finish. It glides on super smoothly and survives for a pretty long time. Six to seven hours on an average. And their pigmentation level is high; pretty impressive though. One coat is enough to get the maximum opacity. These lipsticks apply as a normal creamy matte lipstick, and do take a while to set to a matte finish. Matte, in the sense a lightweight, comfortable and non-drying matte.

These lipsticks transfer a very little in the initial hours and once set it go transfer-proof.
